Sat on one acre Bellavista boasts stunning views to the front and rear. Offering peace and tranquillity but only a stones throw into the Historic scenic Village. The house is very deceiving. An extension was added last year to give 3 bright and spacious bedrooms upstairs, 2 en suite. There are four bedrooms downstairs, bathroom with tub and shower and another separate toilet. Sleeping 23 in total, 18 beds 5 king/double 13 single. A large open plan sunroom featuring mini bar, and patio area have also been added to the rear off the house. There is a well equipped kitchen and seperate dinning room that leads into living area so seating can be arranged for large groups who wish to dine in.
